Biography

Sedona artist David Fischel's Graphic Reliefs in Wood are collected internationally.

He translates his lively imagination through the medium of wood very freely, combining a painter's eye for color and composition and a sculptor's love of form.

A naturalist strongly influenced by the environment and its elements, his carvings have given new life to canvases such as old barn wood and weathered lumber.

David gives this 'renewed art form' a reflection of nature with a contemporary impact.
