Biography

I currently live and work at my studio, Cimarron Art Glass, with my wife and kids. I am lucky to be located on the majestic western slope in Ridgway, CO where glass still provides me with the opportunity to not only create but also to learn, to listen, to never give in, and have faith that all the answers are there all you have to do is listen. Every piece is one of a kind and each piece is its own dance. It is this dance that makes the pieces unique.

Artist Statement

What glass blowing is to me is a way to see life, an opportunity to see beyond myself. It provides me with an outlet of focus that lets me listen to what the glass and possibly life is trying to tell me. Glass is alive. There is no time to wince or curse, there is only the moment to try.
